Main Barn
Here are some photos of the Main Barn before works started on it; this is where ceremonies will take place during weddings at the venue. As you can see, there was a lot of muck to clear out - but the barn is impressive and will look amazing.
The barn will have all of its original brickwork exposed, and we will light it with a wall of fairy lights at one end, and large cast iron chandeliers down the middle. There will be a large, wooden ceremony table which can be covered in flowers or candles to help create the perfect back drop to those all important wedding photos.
The barn will have a paved stone floor; ideal for when the barn is transformed into the dance floor in the evening. Adjoining the Main barn is the Bar area and also the Wheelhouse; a cosy ‘snug’ room for guests to put their feet up in, or for children to play in.
There will be a mezzanine level at one end; for extra guest seating or for musicians to play from throughout the ceremony/evening.
